After 2 1/2 hours with a telephone calls with AT&T only made the situation worse I went to do the fillet store in Hardwick Vermont and spoke to Amanda. Within 15 minutes she had school fully accomplished everything AT&T seemed unable to do leaving me a satisfied customer. Clearly this would not have worked out this well without her help.
I've been into the store 4 times trying to get problems fixed, no WiFi calling capability, no voice mail, can't get my account registered. They can't help and keep referring me to others to resolve my problems. Thos other sources aren't helpful either.
Amazing customer service at this location! Devon took the time to explain everything I asked about and helped me to find the best deal in regards to what I was looking for. Anyone looking for personalized service should definitely visit this location!
