Best possible service and experience! I found one of my rear tires flat on Saturday morning, and not only was Quick Lane one of the very few places open, they had no issue with me coming right there. They fixed my tire in, literally, under 10 minutes, and then when I went to check out, they told me there was no charge! Their policy is to not charge for tire repair to build good will. They could not have been more professional, competent, and pleasant. If I ever need tires, there is no question that I will return to these folks.
Update: the following Wednesday I went to use my Jeep, having not used it since Saturday, and while driving to do a local errand, the tire pressure monitoring system told me the air pressure in the repaired tire was 16 PSI, so I went back to Quick Lane, explained the situation to the manager on duty (not the same person with whom I dealt on Saturday), and he immediately pulled the only automotive tech working that day off the job the tech was in the middle of, and him fix my tire. This time, the wheel was taken off, and the tire removed, and an adhesive patch with a stem was used to repair the tie from the inside. When the wheel was reassembled, I asked the tech if he would please high speed balance the wheel before re-mounting it, and the tech did, with no complaint. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I had asked for this additional service, and again offered to pay, and again was refused.
